AgroPulse Nigeria provides agricultural and climate intelligence at Local Government Area level, covering all 774 Local Government Areas across 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

For each Local Government Area, the platform provides:

• Rainy season onset and cessation dates
• Length of the growing season in days
• Annual rainfall prediction in millimetres
• Dry spell severity and duration
• Crop planting and harvest windows, adjusted for the predicted onset date
• Community incident reports

All data is organised by state and Local Government Area, so institutions can compare conditions across regions or drill down to a single Local Government Area.

AgroPulse Nigeria draws on three primary data sources:

• NiMet 2026 Seasonal Climate Prediction, Summary for Policy Makers, for seasonal data, including rainy season onset and cessation, season length, annual rainfall, and dry spell predictions.
• OpenWeatherMap for the 5-day weather outlook, including temperature, rainfall, humidity, and wind speed.
• TomTom for road traffic incident and flow data shown on the Road Conditions page.

Every figure on AgroPulse Nigeria traces to a published source. Records carrying inconsistencies in the source are flagged rather than corrected. Derived values are labelled as derived. Regional fallbacks are declared on screen.
